Gangadharshastri Gune,Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, More than 100 years old and glorious college was founded by Late Vd.Panchanan Gangadhar Shastri Gune on 8th May 1917, establishing Ayurved Shastra Seva Mandal, a mother Institute at a centrally located place in the historical Ahmednagar city.
A devoted and stalwart in Ayurveda, Hon. Shastriji took inspiration with divine influence from Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak who proposed a thoughtful consideration that there should be well standardization and uniformity in Ayurvedic courses all over india.
