Overview
On June 1, 1987, Mr. Chandrakant Renavikar and Renavikar brothers started Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd classes in Vaiduwadi area in Savedi suburb of Ahmednagar city with only 50 students in a small bungalow called ‘Jund’ with the motto “Knowledge is power”. Muhurtamedha of Renavikar Viddyamandir planted. During the 3 years from 1987 to 1990, the school grew rapidly and the Renavikar Education Institute developed into Kindergarten, etc. 1st to 7th Primary Section and etc. 8th to 10th Secondary Section. In the year 1990, the institution shifted to its own premises. All departments received 100% subsidy in a phased manner till 1997. 2 pieces of each class With about 1,500 students and an aided and unaided staff of 50 to 60, the school began to grow in popularity in Savedy suburbs. On August 14, 1997, on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Indian Independence and the school’s 10th anniversary, a grand cultural program, lighting of the school, various competitions and activities were celebrated. In the year 1998, seeing the growing graph of the school’s progress, the school received a sports grant of Rs. It was concluded in association with sports department. The year 2004 saw the biggest change in the history of the organization. Renavikar Educational Institution Ahmednagar was transferred to Maharashtra Education Society, Pune. Naming of the school now. M.A.So. East Primary School, M.E.So Kai.Da.No. Renavikar Viddyamandir became M.E. So Renavikar Madhyamik Vidyalaya and the management started under the guidance of a new Executive Committee. In the year 2005 Ahmednagar District Secondary and Higher Secondary Principals Association, Ahmednagar Under the Mahatma Phule Quality Growth and Development Campaign organized by the District Education Department (Secondary) jointly, the school got first rank in the group of less than 500 students.
